This bridge connects Ilocos Norte and Cagayan.. According to Julie's Uncle (itago na lang natin sya sa pangalang Dijay Banger), they used to drive on the shore when the bridge was not yet constructed..

Itinerary:
The group took a bus at Partas Cubao and left at around 10PM. We arrived at Sta. Cruz, Ilocos Sur at 4AM, June 7. We waited for Julie’s uncle for the much awaited road trip around Ilocandia.
